Lane Schonour

Lane Schonour, Ed.D., has extensive experience in learning and development within various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, Lane previously held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Leadership Development and Director of Executive Development at Goodwill Industries International. Earlier in the career, Lane worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at TOSS, Incorporated, and began the professional journey as a Human Resources Specialist at Riggs Bank.
