Heather S. Berens, CPA, MBA, LPEC has worked as the Director of Finance at Goodwill of Colorado since September 2014. Prior to that, they were a Senior Accountant at Waugh & Goodwin, LLP from January 2003 to August 2014.

Heather S. Berens, CPA, MBA, LPEC completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the University of Northern Colorado from 1998 to 2002. Heather S. later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, graduating between 2018 and 2021.
