Karen Gordon has extensive experience in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Director of the Office of the CEO at Goodwill of Colorado since January 2021. In addition to this position, Karen has been the Corporate Services Manager and Board Liaison at Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado since January 2012, effectively facilitating organizational governance and corporate services.
