Karla Grazier has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Karla currently holds multiple board positions, including being a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Investment Committee at Employers Council, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Chair at GoodwillFinds eCommerce, Inc.

In the past, Karla served as the CEO and President of Goodwill of Colorado, where they played a significant role in leading the organization. Karla also held positions of responsibility at Goodwill Industries International, including serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and later as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Moreover, they served as the Lead Independent Director and Audit Chair of the Board at 5Star Bank.

Additionally, Karla has contributed to the healthcare sector as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee at UCH-MHS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL CENTRAL. Karla was also a Council Member of the Governor's State Workforce Council.

Prior to their board and leadership roles, Karla had hands-on experience as the CEO and Founder of K & W Enterprises, Inc., where they acquired and grew a private company. Karla also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at New York University and served as an Advisory Council Member at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, participating in grant review and recipient selection processes.

Karla Grazier attended the University of Notre Dame from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Later, in 1978 to 1979, they pursued their MBA in Finance and Accounting at Indiana University Bloomington.
