Talby Afable

Talby Afable is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Goodwill of Greater Washington since March 2014, Talby previously held significant positions including Human Resources Manager at Staples and Regional HR Manager at RadioShack. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Home Depot and Regional HR Manager at Blockbuster. Talby began a career in human resources as a Corporate HR Leader in various retail companies. Talby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Montgomery College.
