Tim VanderWerp has extensive experience in learning and development roles, having worked for various companies such as Goodwill of Greater Washington, CGI, ERPi, Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Engility Corporation, and SRA International. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Tim has demonstrated expertise in developing innovative training strategies, overseeing team development, and implementing learning programs. Tim has also been actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving as an Employee Resource Group Co-Chair.
