DeRetta Cole Rhodes

DeRetta Cole Rhodes is the current Director at Goodwill of North Georgia, and they have also previously worked as the Senior Vice President Human Resources/Head of HR for the Atlanta Braves. Rhodes has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development, and they have used their skills to help build a great environment and culture for the Braves organization. Schiller praised Rhodes for their vast experience and knowledge, saying that they will be an instrumental member of the executive team.

DeRetta Cole Rhodes began their educational career with a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management from The University of Georgia. DeRetta then went on to get their MBA in Marketing/Organizational Behavior from Clark Atlanta University. Finally, they completed their PhD in Adult Education from The University of Georgia. In addition to their academic degrees, they also have certification from Personality Insights, Inc. as a DISC Model of Human Behavior Consultant and from the Center for Creative Leadership as a 360 Degree Coach.
