Shawn Hopkins is the Assistant Director of Information Technology at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania since December 2011, with responsibilities that include IT project leadership, vendor management, systems administration, and IT purchasing. Previously, Shawn served as the Associate Director of Desktop Operations Services at Point Park University, overseeing budget, operations, and end-user support across diverse computing environments, along with managing campus computer labs. Shawn’s career in IT began with the role of Computer Lab Manager, focusing on server and client support and leading a team of student workers. Educational qualifications include a BS in Accounting, a BA in Intelligence and National Security, an MBA in Business-IT, and a BS in Information Systems and Electronics Technology from Point Park University, along with an AS in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
