Chasity Colton

Chasity Colton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chasity started their professional career as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Shift Supervisor and Buyer at Once Upon A Child, where they were responsible for purchasing and pricing used clothing items. Chasity then joined Wells Fargo as a Temporary Data Entry employee from November 2014 to March 2015, where their tasks involved compiling and entering data into the system. In 2015, they worked at Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry as an Administrative Assistant, handling tasks in the pawn office, box office, retail floor, and deli. Chasity joined Goodwill of the Great Plains in 2017 and held multiple roles within the organization, including Team Lead, Backroom Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Skills Trainer, and Employment Specialist. Chasity'smost recent position at Goodwill is Program Manager, which they started in July 2021.

Chasity Colton obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Goodwill® Career Coach and Navigator Specialization from Coursera in February 2023, the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in January 2023, and various LinkedIn certifications related to communication, cultural sensitivity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and unconscious bias training in June 2020.
