Sarah Butler

Sarah Butler SHRM-CP currently serves as the Human Resources Safety Manager at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region and has held the role of Human Resources Safety Specialist since June 2022. In addition, Sarah Butler is the Director of Workforce Readiness at South Puget Sound SHRM, a position started in January 2024. Previous experience includes a decade-long tenure at Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region as a Store Manager and over 15 years at Blockbuster as a Multi Unit Manager, focusing on retail operations management, hiring, training, inventory control, and merchandising. Sarah Butler is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Washington, having previously earned a Bachelor's of Applied Management in Human Resources and an Associate of Arts degree from Tacoma Community College.
