Patrick Jones

Patrick Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as the Learning and Engagement Manager at Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut, Inc., where responsibilities include supervising a team of HR professionals and managing recruitment, training, and employee engagement operations. With previous roles such as Talent Development and Acquisition Coordinator and Senior Career Coach, Patrick has developed extensive skills in training program management and career coaching. Additionally, as a self-employed children’s book author since 2015, Patrick manages all aspects of book marketing and sales. Prior experiences also include positions at Arc of Meriden-Wallingford, Inc., where Patrick worked as a Support Coordinator and Job Coach, and at Built Right Home Solutions as a Sales and Marketing Representative. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
