The Community Services and Development team at Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut focuses on securing funding, expanding employment services, and providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. Team members work collaboratively to write grants, manage employment programs, and offer companionship and assistance to enhance the independence and well-being of those they serve.
