Paul Smith

Paul Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in ICT management and service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Technology at Goodwin Aged Care Services since July 2020, Paul has played significant roles at Indigenous Business Australia and the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies as an ICT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager and ICT Manager, respectively. Prior experience includes positions such as Project Manager with ACT Government and Business Relationship Manager with the Department of Industry. Paul has also contributed as a Director ICT Support and Service Delivery Manager within the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism. With a foundational career starting at Getronics and a degree from the University of Canberra, Paul has demonstrated a commitment to advancing technology solutions throughout their career.
