Pradhan Abisek

Pradhan Abisek has a diverse professional background with experience in both healthcare and civil engineering. Currently serving at Goodwin Aged Care Services since June 2021 as a Medication Assist and Workplace Champion, Pradhan's responsibilities include administering medication in accordance with established protocols, liaising with healthcare professionals and families, and aiding in the induction and skill auditing of new staff. Previously, as a Site Civil Engineer at National Reconstruction Authority from April 2016 to June 2018, Pradhan successfully managed project timelines and ensured compliance with design documents during construction. Earlier experience included a role as a Civil Engineer at Tulsi Bhakta Construction Company, focusing on technical problem-solving, project planning, and quality control. Pradhan holds a Master of Project Management in Civil Engineering from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Himalaya College of Engineering.
