Lisa Giesler

Lisa Giesler is currently a Trustee at Goodwin House Incorporated. Lisa has also served as Vice President, Communications, Operations & Services at Fannie Mae from January 2011 to December 2015, and as Chief Operating Officer at Hill+Knowlton Strategies from January 2002 to December 2011.

Lisa has been instrumental in leading organizational change and transformation throughout their career. At Fannie Mae, they were responsible for transforming the service offering of the communications team. Lisa also served as a change ambassador, managing and communicating new initiatives. In addition, they managed the Finance, Community Investment & Engagement, Corporate Events, Graphic Production and Print Services teams. Lisa was a key contributor to the development and implementation of a new, enterprise-wide community service program.

At Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Lisa served as a member of the Washington, D.C. office leadership team and as deputy to the General Manager. Lisa contributed to the day-to-day success of the organization and the long-term, strategic plan for the office. Lisa supported an open-door policy, serving as a counselor, mentor and coach for employees at all levels of the organization. Lisa also evaluated client needs and assisted with identifying best practices and best teams to meet clients' business needs. In addition, Lisa managed the human resources, finance, and operations functions.

Lisa Giesler has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in English. Lisa also has certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) as a Human Capital Strategist.
