Goodwin Investigations delivers defensible workplace investigations with fee certainty and exceptional client experience.

We're a technology-enabled investigation firm serving organizations across Alberta. By combining experienced investigators with structured methodology and advanced technology, we solve the uncertainty and inconsistent quality that plague workplace investigations.

Our approach honors the five principles behind defensible investigations: fairness, confidentiality, thoroughness, timeliness, and respectful treatment of all participants. Process first. Technology second. Human judgment always. Our platform handles administrative work and enables consistency, while experienced investigators focus on judgment, analysis, and human insight.

Founded by a team that's built and exited professional services firms, led workplace investigations, developed AI ethics frameworks, and scaled technology platforms, we understand investigation challenges from every angle. We're building a firm where organizations gain predictability and investigators gain sustainable, rewarding careers—supported by a caring community of practice rather than isolated solo work.
