Elsa Schleissner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the marine industry. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of GoodWinds since September 2021, a groundbreaking app connecting users with over 5000 marine suppliers globally, Elsa previously held key roles, including Engineering Division Manager and CTO at Insteimed, and Senior Technical Project Manager at Future Fibres, overseeing project execution and client satisfaction. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Varadero Valencia, where Elsa managed yacht refit and repair projects, and served as a Surveyor at Eurocontrol and Bureau Veritas Group, focusing on industrial and naval safety inspections. Elsa holds an International MBA Master in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Camilo José Cela, a Master's Degree in Yacht Design and Technology from Fundación Jorge Juan, and a degree in Naval Technical Engineering with a specialization in marine structures from Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.
