Liddy Swan began their work experience as an HR Advisor at West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service from February 2007 to April 2010. Liddy then worked as an HR Advisor at Highbury College from April 2010 to June 2012. Following that, they joined The Goodwood Group in June 2012, where they held various roles. Liddy started as a Senior People and Development Advisor for Sport and Motor Sport, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, and development. In February 2017, they became the People Operations Manager, overseeing the operational team and ensuring fair and timely resolution of people issues. Liddy's most recent role at The Goodwood Group is the Group Head of People and Development, a position they have held since August 2019. In this role, they serve as the central P&D conduit for the leadership teams, ensuring consistent people operations management and providing support and information to managers across the business.
Liddy Swan pursued their education with determination and achieved significant milestones. To begin with, between 2002 and 2005, they attended the University of Leicester and earned a Bachelor's degree in History. This provided their with a solid foundation in the subject.
