Erik Bailey is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing. As the President of GOODWORKS since May 2007, Erik has spearheaded operations, driving revenue growth and profitability while delivering offshore outsourcing projects for global brands and start-ups. Prior to this role, Erik served as EVP of Sales & Marketing at Remote Dynamics, where a 300% increase in sales was achieved, and successfully raised $2 million in funding. Erik's experience also includes a tenure as Director of Acquisitions and Business Development at ADP, focusing on revenue growth through acquisitions, and as an Executive at Payroll Services Corporation, where an 833% ROI was realized in four years. Erik holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Montana.
