Dale Pfeifer

Dale Pfeifer is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in social impact, communication, and partnership development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of both Giving Compass and X4Impact since May 2023, Pfeifer has also been the Chairperson, Founder, and CEO of Goodworld since January 2014, driving initiatives that integrate social impact into commercial practices. Previous roles include Director of Partnerships at FutureView, Campaign Director for Push4Peace, and Director of Network Development & Strategic Communication at the Project on National Security Reform. Pfeifer has held significant positions at the EastWest Institute, Victoria University of Wellington, and Massey University, contributing to leadership research and development initiatives. Educational background includes a Master of Management in Communication Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Massey University.
