Aman A.

Aman A. is a seasoned Staff Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company with extensive experience in new process and digital product development since July 2016. Notable achievements include the development and implementation of a virtual product development process that reduced product delivery time from two years to six months, and the successful creation of a new product meeting all customer requirements on the first attempt. Aman also has a strong background in simulation engineering and project management, having co-led a global team to build predictive capabilities and managed multiple projects with a focus on data-driven engineering. Previous experiences include roles at ARMINES and Michelin, where research in computational science and numerical simulation was complemented by presentations at international conferences. Aman earned a Master of Science in Computational Mechanics from Centrale Nantes, an Executive Education in Digital Strategy from INSEAD, and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
