Andrew C. has extensive experience in data science and research, currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2018, following roles as Senior and Staff Data Scientist. Previously, Andrew was a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, where a project involved developing AutoPrice, a machine learning application for vehicle cost prediction. Andrew's research background includes serving as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2017, focusing on experimental particle physics with the ATLAS collaboration at CERN, utilizing large data analyses and machine learning techniques. Andrew's earlier career includes five years as a Captain in the US Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy, and an academic foundation with a PhD in Experimental High Energy Physics from Michigan State University, complemented by degrees in Physics and participation in distinguished programs at CERN and Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
