Gean Silva

Gean Silva has a diverse background in sales and commercial analysis, with significant experience in data extraction and reporting largely through SAP and Excel. They held positions ranging from a Junior Technical Salesperson at Decathlon Brasil to a Commercial Analyst at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they managed sales reports and client relationships. Gean also contributed to process improvements and S&OP initiatives throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and completed additional training in leadership and resilience at PUCRS.
