Heather Mosier is a seasoned professional in the tire industry, currently serving as the Sr Director of Global Product Technology at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since 2024. Previously, Heather held several leadership roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 1996 to 2010, including Director of Technology Development and Director of OE Tire Development, where they oversaw engineering and product development activities across multiple regions. Heather is pursuing a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management at Kettering University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
