Husniye Yilmaz has extensive experience in human resources, holding key leadership positions in several multinational companies. At The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from May 2017 to July 2020, Husniye served as Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA region and held roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Director for Consumer Business Europe. Prior to this, Husniye worked at General Electric from September 1999 to November 2011, where various HR roles included EMEA HR Leader, providing comprehensive HR services across different sectors such as GE Lighting and GE Aircraft Engines. Husniye’s career also includes HR management at ABB Turkey from February 1995 to September 1999 and a sales management role at Xerox from February 1990 to May 1994. Starting in the U.S. Department of State, Husniye served as Consulate Personnel Supervisor in Istanbul from November 1984 to January 1990, managing personnel functions for a significant staff. Husniye graduated from Istanbul University in 1982.
