Kurt Kandel

Kurt Kandel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in program and systems engineering, particularly in the development of non-pneumatic tires for various applications including autonomous electric vehicles and consumer products. Currently serving as Program Manager - Computer Aided Design at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2016, Kurt has excelled in roles such as Technical Project Manager and Principal Systems Engineer. Prior to Goodyear, Kurt held positions at Baker Hughes and Lockheed Martin, where significant contributions were made in the design and analysis of artificial lift systems and various aeronautical projects. Kurt holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
