L. Gordon Moser

L. Gordon Moser possesses extensive experience in quality engineering and process optimization within the tire manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Regional Quality Engineer Consultant at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since June 2015. In this role, L. Gordon Moser manages tire curing product and process quality across 24 manufacturing sites, leading initiatives in scrap planning and continuous improvement. Previous positions include Quality Team Manager, where oversight of a 400-person team focused on enhancing process efficiency and product uniformity, and roles in compounding engineering that contributed to the development of advanced tire products. L. Gordon Moser began the professional journey with co-op experiences at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Veyance Technologies, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Ohio State University.
