Laverne Davis

LaVerne Davis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since June 2021, LaVerne ensures an effective staffing process while managing client relationships. In addition, LaVerne has been the Human Resources Manager at Bethesda Rehab & Senior Care since May 2020, leading HR functions such as hiring, pay administration, and policy enforcement.
