Ryan Simon

Ryan Simon has extensive experience in operations and procurement management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Procurement Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2022. Prior roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from March 2008 to December 2022 included Senior Manager of Operations, Senior Manager of Mold Operations, Manager of Indirect Purchasing, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Ryan also held a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt position at American Trim from January 2007 to March 2008 and began a career at Dana Corporation, where roles included Six Sigma Black Belt, Manufacturing Engineer, and Machinist from March 1995 to January 2007. Ryan Simon holds an MBA from Bluffton University, a BS in Industrial Technology from Ohio Northern University, and an AAS in Manufacturing Systems Technology from Lima Technical College.
