Sorina Andreea Mureşanu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in total rewards and talent management. Currently serving as Manager Total Rewards at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2014, Sorina has held multiple managerial roles focusing on HR strategy, operational excellence, and global mobility for the EMEA region. Prior to this, Sorina worked at Wipro Technologies in various capacities, including Talent Engagement & Development Lead and Recruitment Lead, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems. Earlier career experience includes positions at BitDefender, Microsoft, Daedalus Consulting, and Eurodata Management, providing a solid foundation in recruitment, HR administration, and employee training. Sorina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest.
