Sylvie Dubru is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager since October 2021, Sylvie holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in April 2022. Previous roles at Goodyear include New Product Introduction Engineer, where Sylvie focused on the industrialization of high-performance passenger tires, and Tire Design Engineer, leading the development of original equipment submission tires. Sylvie has also contributed significantly as a Lead Engineer in Customer Affairs for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and as a Quality Lead Engineer at the Technical Center in Luxembourg. Additionally, Sylvie is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, recognized as Inventor of the Year in 2004 for a patent contribution. Academic credentials include an Executive Development Program from Columbia Business School, a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Control Management from Solvay Business School, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at U.L.B.
