Thad Ewald serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since August 2021. Previously, Thad Ewald held various leadership roles at Cummins, Inc., including Executive Director to VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Thad Ewald was instrumental in establishing a $180M New Power Segment and leading a successful acquisition growth strategy. With a strong foundation in corporate development and strategic planning, Thad Ewald also contributed to Emerson as a Corporate Strategic Planner and began the career in aerospace at BFGoodrich as the APAC Area Manager. Thad Ewald holds an MBA in Finance and Decision Support Sciences from Indiana University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.
