Wes Pierce

Wes Pierce is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cyber security, IT infrastructure, and project management. Currently serving as the IT Department Manager for Cyber Security at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since May 2009, Wes has led initiatives in incident management, threat hunting, and tool strategy. Previous roles include management of hosting services and RDE&Q IT infrastructure, focusing on delivering superior customer service and optimizing IT operations across multiple locations. Wes has also contributed to the VMware User Group as a co-leader and held management positions at UTC Fire & Security and Citi Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Management Information Systems from Indiana University South Bend.
