Michelle McCracken has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michelle is currently employed at Goodzer as a Customer Success Manager since June 2021. Prior to that, Michelle was a Business Owner of Jules Cleaning since September 2014.

Michelle also worked at Great Falls Construction Company, where they held two positions. From April 2018 to September 2019, they worked as an Admin and Marketing Assistant, and from September 2019 to June 2021, they served as a Project Manager.

Before their time at Great Falls Construction Company, Michelle worked at NOVA Retail as a Marketing and Production Manager from January 2011 to May 2014.

Michelle has also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Vans, a VF Company, from June 2008 to December 2010. During their time in this role, they were responsible for scheduling, budgeting, payroll, hiring, training, and terminating employees. Michelle McCracken attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After a hiatus of several years, Michelle returned to Northern Virginia Community College in 2020 to study Construction Management, and their education in this field is ongoing.
