Aakriti began career as a Summer Intern at Ernst & Young Private Ltd, engaging in various aspects of the talent acquisition life cycle. Aakriti continued with Ernst & Young as an Associate in HR, focusing on project-based hiring and stakeholder management. At Korn Ferry, Aakriti held dual roles as Research Associate and Associate, concentrating on leadership mandates within global financial markets. Transitioning to Google, Aakriti initially contributed as a Recruiter for the Large Customer Sales Group in India, followed by a role in Employee Benefits, overseeing program design and delivery across multiple countries. Aakriti holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and an MBA in Human Resources from IILM.
