Adam Gabai has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in financial technology. Adam served as a Senior Financial Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP from February 2009 to November 2012, where leadership in projects and development of software across multiple departments was demonstrated. Prior to this, from September 2005 to May 2007, Adam worked as a Research Assistant at the Orthopaedic Mechanobiology Lab at the University of Maryland, focusing on experimental studies related to spinal disc mechanics and presenting findings at significant conferences. Adam also held roles as a Math Teacher with Teach for America, teaching various math courses, and as a Math Coach in the Math Success Program at the University of Maryland. Currently, Adam is a Software Engineering Manager at Google since December 2012. Adam earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
