Nancy Hornsby

Nancy Hornsby is an experienced professional in systems analysis and software engineering, serving as Applications Lead and Senior Systems Analyst at Polaris Inc. since November 2013, where project work focuses on enhancing the Corporate Sales and Marketing functions within the Polaris Dealer Extranet. Prior to this, Nancy was a Senior Software Engineer at MotivAction, specializing in performance improvement services, and held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at Aimia, where responsibilities included designing customer-facing web applications for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Nancy served as Lead Systems Analyst at Carlson Marketing Worldwide, leading development and support for loyalty and incentive marketing programs. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
