Akshay Shetty

Akshay Shetty is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and quality management. With a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, Akshay has held various roles in notable companies. At Eagle Materials, a Supply Chain Network System for transporting Frac Sand was developed. During tenure at Tesla, Akshay led the Supplier Chargeback Process Improvement project, created a Warranty Chargeback Calculator, and drove supplier accountability as a Supplier Industrialization Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer. Prior experience at Volkswagen India involved managing a team to achieve production targets in the Body Shop department. Currently, Akshay works at Google as a Technical Program Manager, focusing on sustaining quality for Pixel phones.
