Alec Croegaert

Alec Croegaert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering operations and program management, having served in critical roles within the United States Marine Corps and leading initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and training effectiveness. Notably, Croegaert held several key positions, including Engineer Operations Department Director, Senior Engineer Training Director, and Senior Compliance Program Manager, where strategic planning, training development, and resource optimization were prioritized. Following military service, Croegaert transitioned to tech, gaining recognition as a Microsoft Fellow and currently serving as a Program Manager at Google, focusing on data center readiness across North and South America.
