Alex Huestis Litwin has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Specialist and HR Program Manager at Google since 2011. Recent responsibilities include project management of talent and performance management initiatives for 400 Google Cloud Data Center leaders and previously managing leadership development for 650 global Advertising Sales managers. As a Global Curriculum Manager, Alex curated sales curricula and developed eLearning programs for 10,000 Google Ads sellers. Earlier roles at Google involved running new hire training programs across multiple locations and onboarding over 250 new hires annually. Alex also worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Wildfire Interactive, where responsibilities included onboarding 200+ new hires. Prior teaching experience includes serving as an English and Science teacher for the Dartmouth Volunteer Teaching Program in the South Pacific. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Dartmouth College.
