Alex Neylan is an experienced program and operations manager with a strong background in customer support and product development. Beginning a career as an IT Technician at Jumpstart Technology Ltd, Alex progressed through various roles at SAP, where responsibilities included program management and partner enablement. At Upwork, Alex served as Program Manager for Customer Experience, enhancing collaboration between customer service, product, and engineering teams. In December 2021, Alex joined Google, initially as APAC Team Lead for Support Systems, focusing on improving experiences for Google Play users. Subsequent roles included Global Product Lead for Google Ads support and a return to a leadership position in support systems. Currently, Alex continues to enhance customer support and tooling for global users of Google Play. Alex holds a BA in Business Management Information Systems from Gonzaga University and a High School Diploma from Saint Francis High School.
