Andrew Hong

Andrew Hong is an experienced political strategist and data scientist with a strong background in organizing and managing campaigns, advocacy efforts, and data analytics. As the Statewide Director for Redistricting Justice for Washington, Andrew achieved significant milestones such as doubling the number of majority-POC legislative districts and successfully defending key congressional districts. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at Prism West, where Andrew played a pivotal role in winning primaries, and Data Science Intern at Climate Cabinet Action, focusing on strategic election investment allocations. With a Bachelor's in Data Science from Stanford University and ongoing graduate studies, Andrew has honed skills in machine learning and data analysis to support electoral initiatives. Notable accomplishments also include successfully organizing for March For Our Lives and contributing to various political campaigns, as well as data-driven analysis for progressive civic organizations. Currently, Andrew serves as a Machine Learning Analyst II at Google, focusing on trust and safety in AI products.
