Angad Sandhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and infrastructure design. Currently serving as the Director of Datacenter Infrastructure at Google since December 2020, Angad leads an engineering team focused on innovative data center designs. Prior to this role, Angad worked at Tesla as a Senior Manager in Gigafactory Engineering, overseeing the design of Gigafactory Berlin and managing multiple significant projects, including the retooling of the Fremont factory and the development of Gigafactory Shanghai. Angad's career began at M+W Group as a Lead Project Engineer, where management of electrical design teams for major clients like Intel, Microsoft, and the US Navy was a key responsibility. Early experiences also include roles as an Electrical Designer at Gurtz Electric and Knight Advanced Technology.
