Arielle Dulberg

Arielle Dulberg, MPA, has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Hiring Equity Program Manager for Executive Recruiting at Google, Arielle has also held significant roles, including Angel Investor at Black Angel Group and Program Manager for Racial Justice, Equity & Product Inclusion and Human Rights at YouTube. Prior to these positions, Arielle was the Diversity Recruiting Campus Lead within the Engineering Division at Goldman Sachs and worked as a Program Fellow at the Clinton Foundation. Arielle holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management and Policy from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
