Arthur Chen

Arthur Chen possesses extensive experience in product management and quality management, particularly in the technology sector. At SAP from January 2012 to October 2021, Arthur served as a Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included defining product requirements and roadmaps for cloud and on-premise CRM solutions, impacting over 3,000 enterprise customers. Arthur also led design thinking workshops for leading consumer products firms and worked as a Quality Management Specialist, developing functional and non-functional test cases for natural language processing SDKs in 32 languages. Currently, Arthur holds the position of Product Manager at Google since October 2021. Academically, Arthur obtained a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California, Davis, followed by an MBA from the University of California, San Diego - The Rady School of Management.
