Ashley Gatewood is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in organizational change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Having held significant roles at reputable firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and Google, Ashley's expertise spans human capital consulting for federal clients, marketing operations, and leading large-scale change initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Global Change & Transformation Strategy at Google, Ashley's focus includes managing global finance transformations and enhancing employee engagement strategies. Ashley also founded a small business, Sugarcane Sweets, contributing to the community as a black and woman-owned enterprise. Academic qualifications include a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Operations and Information Management from Georgetown University, complemented by a certification in Digital Media Management.
