Initially serving as the Ad Operations Lead at 4Mads, Ayu designed workflow systems and collaborated with ad platforms for campaign launches. At Google, Ayu held various roles, including Senior Client and Agency Partner, focusing on driving strategic partnerships and enabling digital transformations for clients across diverse industries. In leadership positions such as Head of Accelerated Growth Team, Ayu's expertise led to the development of high-performing teams that support rapid growth for businesses utilizing Google’s solutions. Ayu holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from San Jose State University and an Associate Degree in Television/Film from De Anza College.
