Baihong Fang

Baihong Fang has extensive experience in design-for-test (DFT) engineering, currently serving as a DFT Engineer at Google since January 2020. Prior roles include DFT Engineer at Apple from January 2017 to January 2020, Director of DFT at eASIC from August 2014 to January 2017, and Senior Manager at Marvell Semiconductor from May 2006 to August 2014, focusing on DFT architecture for high-speed SOCs, implementation of various testing methodologies, and yield improvement. Earlier experience includes leading DFT initiatives and FPGA prototyping at Micronas. Baihong Fang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
