Becca Chapman is a mixed-methods User Experience Researcher at Google, where they focus on identifying user pain points for the Google Ads internal CRM platform. Their diverse career spans global roles in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning within international development projects in West Africa, as well as instructional design and team management in a social enterprise startup. Previously, Becca held positions at organizations such as Equal Access International, where they pioneered innovative monitoring and evaluation efforts. They are currently pursuing multiple educational qualifications, including a BA in English and International Languages and Cultures, a certificate in Design, Partnering, Management and Innovation, and a Master’s degree in French. In addition to their professional work, Becca enjoys exploring new languages and cuisines, traveling, and raising two young daughters.
