Benjamin Fuld

Benjamin Fuld possesses extensive experience in legal and marketing roles, particularly within technology and life sciences sectors. As a Managing Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, Benjamin provided guidance on intellectual property licensing, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Associate Commercial Counsel at Google, responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements while advising internal teams on legal matters. Prior experience includes roles at Hogan Lovells as a Summer Associate, where Benjamin represented clients in various legal matters, and as Marketing Director at Stack & Store Self Storage, overseeing marketing activities.
